Frontia® Prime is a unique enzyme that supercharges your corn separation and allows you to increase your corn gluten meal and starch yield, to save energy and cut your CO2 emissions.

Product features, details and benefits

Higher starch yield

The enzyme will allow you to remove the starch and protein which is trapped in the corn fiber and can’t be detached using mechanical separation only. This will enable you to get the most out of your corn by increasing your starch and corn gluten meal yield.

Energy savings

Additionally, to the starch and protein, the enzyme will also enable you to release water from the corn fiber. This means that less energy will be required for drying your co-products and this will allow you to idle some drying equipment and liberate capacity in the feed house.

Lower direct CO2 emissions

The enzyme will allow you to cut your indirect CO2 emissions related to corn supply as less raw material will be needed to achieve your production targets. You’ll also cut your direct CO2 emissions thanks to the reduced energy consumption.
