This ensures your application is properly reviewed and allows us to keep track of all candidates in a structured way. Once you apply, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your application.

Welcome to Novonesis!
Even before you start, we want you to feel like you are a part of Novonesis. Our preboarding path is designed to help you finalize any last employment-related paperwork and start immersing yourself in our culture with useful information and insights.
As your start date approaches, you'll receive an onboarding program, crafted by your leader, to guide you through your transition. It will introduce you to our way of working, our culture commitments, our business, and some of your new colleagues. To make your journey even smoother, you'll be paired with a buddy who, along with your team and leader, will support you throughout your entire onboarding experience.
Things to consider:
- Keep an eye out for emails from Workday – our People & Organization information system. You'll need to log in to complete your paperwork electronically and dive into your preboarding path. It will be activated a few days after accepting the employment offer
