Step 1

Research and prepare

Before applying, we encourage you to learn more about Novonesis. Understanding who we are, what we do, and how our work contributes to a healthier planet is an important part of preparing for your application. Reflect on your own experiences, motivations and career goals to identify how they align with the role you’re applying for.

Submit your application

The next step in the process is submitting your CV or resume (without a picture) through our online portal. There is no need to submit a cover letter. We want you to focus on showcasing the skills and experiences that make you the best fit for the role.  

All applications must be submitted through our online application system. To apply, simply visit the job posting on our website and complete the online application. This ensures your application is properly reviewed and allows us to keep track of all candidates in a structured way. Once you apply, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your application.

Step 4

Interviews and assessments

We carefully review all incoming applications. If your qualifications and experience match the role, you will hear back from us with the next steps. Every candidate who applies will always receive a response from us, regardless of the outcome.

For roles that require further evaluation, the next step will typically be an interview and may include additional assessments, such as completing a short personality profile, ability test or delivering a presentation. These steps help us learn more about you and your potential fit at Novonesis.

Step 5

Welcome to Novonesis!

Even before you start, we want you to feel like you are a part of Novonesis. Our preboarding path is designed to help you finalize any last employment-related paperwork and start immersing yourself in our culture with useful information and insights.

As your start date approaches, you'll receive an onboarding program, crafted by your leader, to guide you through your transition. It will introduce you to our way of working, our culture commitments, our business, and some of your new colleagues. To make your journey even smoother, you'll be paired with a buddy who, along with your team and leader, will support you throughout your entire onboarding experience.

  • Keep an eye out for emails from Workday – our People & Organization information system. You'll need to log in to complete your paperwork electronically and dive into your preboarding path. It will be activated a few days after accepting the employment offer
