Feedstock flexibility
This product converts both glycerides and free fatty acids (FFA) into biodiesel. This frees you from the limitations imposed by FFA content, so you can use a wide range of feedstocks, including high-FFA ones.
Lower energy costs
This product works at low temperatures and may allow you to use less methanol. That means your plant saves energy on heating and cooling costs and uses less energy for methanol rectification.
A safer process
This product is a safe, green biocatalyst that eliminates the need for hazardous sodium methoxide. It also eliminates the need for sulfuric acid to convert FFAs. Its catalysis process doesn't need high temperature or pressure. The result is a safer working environment in your plant.
