Finizym® W 5X is a lysophospholipase. It's formulated to have 2.5 times the concentration of our 2X product. It improves the filtration properties of syrups containing lysophospholipids.

This product allows you to get higher filtration rates on your rotary vacuum filters. It also delivers higher permeate flux on maltose syrup ultra-filtration and micro-filtration membranes.

You can use this product without worrying about it altering your syrup's sugar profile.
