Ferments at high dry solids

Innova® Delta is capable of fermenting up to 36% solids. That allows you to significantly increase the efficiency and expansion of your production.



High organic acid tolerance

Innova® Delta is tolerant to acid levels up to 0.6% lactic acid and 0.2% acetic acid, which means you can finish fermentations as bacterial infections occur.



High-temperature tolerance

We specifically developed Innova® Delta to thrive at temperature excursions above 98°F/36°C. This diminishes downtime, and cuts cooling costs. Innova® Delta increases your plant's efficiency and output in any season.



Maximizes starch conversion to improve ethanol yield
Innova® yeasts deliver consistent performance during challenging process conditions. They also express advanced enzymes for greatest starch conversion and improved ethanol yields.

Reduces need for additional yeast nutrients
Innova® yeasts are bred to be robust and have high performance without the need for additional yeast nutrients.

Food Grade Availability
You may need or prefer Food Grade Certification of fermentation yeasts for your ethanol production. If so, it's available for this product.

Non-genetically modified
