Ferments at high dry solids

Innova® Turbo is capable of fermenting up to 35% solids. This allows you to significantly increase the efficiency and expansion of your production.



High organic acid tolerance

Innova® Turbo is tolerant up to 0.8% lactic acid and 0.4% acetic acid, which means you can finish fermentations as bacterial infections occur. 



High temperature tolerance

We specifically developed Innova® Turbo to thrive at temperature excursions up to 101°F. This diminishes downtime, and cuts cooling costs. Innova® Turbo increases your plant's efficiency and output in any season.
