Innova® Force is tolerant to acid levels up to 0.6%, which means you can finish fermentations as bacterial infections occur.



High-temperature tolerance

We specifically developed Innova® Force to thrive at temperature excursions up to 104°F. This diminishes downtime, and cuts cooling costs. Innova® Force increases your plant's efficiency and output in any season.
