Maltera® Standard
Maltera® Standard allows production with low risk of infection. It's a blend of two maltogenic alpha-amylases. It can produce maltose syrups with up to 60% maltose.

This product delivers low to medium final maltose levels in maltose syrup production.
High temperature tolerance
This product delivers peak performance even in high temperature applications. That means lower cooling costs after liquefaction and minimal risk of microbial growth.
Low calcium performance
This product allows for good performance at conditions with low/no calcium added.
Low dextrose
You can use this product without worrying about it altering your syrup's sugar profile.
pH robustness
This product enables peak performance despite process pH changes. That means your plant will continue to meet targets, even if pH levels drift.
