Secura® is a unique microbial beta-amylase. It allows you to run at high temperatures and low pH. That gives you the lowest cost route to high maltose syrups with a lower risk of infection.

Low calcium performance
This product allows for good performance at conditions with low/no calcium added.

High temperature tolerance
